【摘要】 目的研究儿童斑秃患者外周血Th17细胞及白细胞介素(IL)-17的变化,探讨其在儿童斑秃患者发病中的作用。方法采用流式细胞术检测儿童斑秃患者外周血Th17细胞的比例,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定培养上清液中IL-17表达水平,以健康儿童作为对照。结果儿童斑秃患者外周血与健康儿童比较,外周血Th17细胞比例、IL-17水平增高(P<0.05);重度儿童斑秃患者与轻度儿童斑秃患者比较,外周血Th17细胞比例及IL-17水平增高(P<0.05);稳定期儿童斑秃患者与活动期儿童斑秃患者外周血比较,外周血Th17细胞比例、IL-17水平增高(P<0.05)。结论 Th17细胞及IL-17可能在儿童斑秃的发生及发展过程中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to investigate the variations of Th17 and IL-17 in peripheral blood of the patients with childhood alopecia areata and explore their significances. Methods The percentages of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with childhood alopecia areata were detected by flow cytometry, the levels of IL-17 were detected by ELISA.Meanwhile, healthy chilidren were taken as controls. Results The percentags of Th17 cells and the levels of IL-17 were increased in patients with childhood alopecia areata compared with those of healthy controls(P<0.05). The percentages of Th17 cells and the levels of IL-17 were higher in the severe alopecia areata than the mild alopecia areata of childhood(P<0.05).The percentages of Th17 cells and the levels of IL-17 were higher in the active phase group than those in the stable phase group(P<0.05). Conclusion Th17 cell and IL-17 may play an important role in the onset, development of patients with childhood alopecia areata.更多还原
