【摘要】 目的观察和探讨对颈动脉狭窄行颈动脉内膜剥脱术的患者进行围术期护理的方法和效果。方法对51例患者术前进行心理护理、生活护理、完善各项检查,调整患者全身状况,术后进行体位及活动指导、脑高灌注综合征的观察和护理、伤口观察、呼吸道护理、抗凝治疗护理。结果 51例患者术后经彩超复查,均显示颈动脉通畅程度良好。术后未出现脑出血、脑梗死等并发症。结论术前全面评估、术后进行严密监测和护理有助于及时发现并发症先兆,及时处理以预防术后并发症,对确保手术疗效和促进术后康复具有重要的积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and discuss the method and effect of perioperative nursing for patients with carotid artery stenosis undergoing carotid endarterectomy.Methods 51 patients were given psychological nursing, life nursing, improvement of the examination, adjustment of the overall status of the patients, postoperative postural and activity guidance,brain high perfusion syndrome observation and nursing, wound observation, respiratory care, anticoagulation treatment nursing.Results All the 51 cases showed good patency of the carotid artery after color Doppler ultrasound examination. There were no complications such as cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction.Conclusion Preoperative comprehensive evaluation,careful monitoring and nursing care can help to discover the aura of complications and timely treatment to prevent postoperative complications,which has an important positive role in ensuring the curative effect and promoting postoperative rehabilitation.更多还原
