【摘要】 目的观察缬沙坦、瑞舒伐他汀与比索洛尔合用对高血压合并阵发性心房颤动复律后维持窦性心律的疗效。方法高血压合并阵发性心房颤动复律后患者65例,分治疗组与对照组,对两组维持窦性心律的疗效进行对比观察。结果使用上述三种药物的治疗组与未用上述三种药物的对照组比较,发现无论在心房颤动停止发作,减少发作的疗效均比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗组无效者则比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦、瑞舒伐他汀与比索洛尔合用对高血压合并阵发性心房颤动患者复律后维持窦性心律有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observation the effect of valsartan, rosuvastatin and bisoprolol on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation of patients with essential hypertension.Methods To 65 patients with essential hypertension and after sinus rhythm of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were divide into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with valsartan, rosuvastatin and bisoprolol. contrast group was treated without valsartan, rosuvastatin and bisoprolol. It is compared on clilical effect on stop or reduce atrial fibrillation episodes.Results In treatment group,the effect of valsartan,rosuvastatin and bisoprolol in maintenance rate of sinus rhythem,there was notably difference,campared with contrast granp(P<0.05),in there are not effect in two groups also there was notably difference(P<0.05),Conclusion Valsartan and rosuvastatin combined with bisoprolol are effective in maintaining sinus rhythm after cardioversion in patients with hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.更多还原
