【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤外科患者术后切口周围皮肤撕脱伤的预防和护理措施。方法回顾性分析3例手术后发生切口周围皮肤撕脱伤患者的临床资料,护理人员选择正确的清洗方法处理伤口,并运用合适的敷料进行固定。结果患者经过处理后创面疼痛逐渐减轻、渗液减少、5~7 d后皮肤撕脱伤干燥结痂愈合。结论正确的选择医用胶布和恰当的移除敷料,可有效的预防患者出现术后切口周围皮肤撕脱伤,减轻患者的痛苦和心理负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the nursing measures for skin avulsion surrounding surgical incision in patients with oncological surgery. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 3 patients suffering from skin avulsion after oncological surgery,Nursing measures including selecting the correct cleaning method and appropriate dressing were carried out. Results After treatment,the pain caused by surgical incision and the wound exudates were decreased gradually in all patients. The skin avulsion injury was healed after 5-7 days of care. Conclusion The choice of medical adhesive plaster and proper removal of dressings can effectively prevent the skin avulsion surrounding incision.更多还原
