【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预在小儿腹股沟斜疝手术中的应用效果。方法 73例行小儿腹股沟斜疝手术的患儿根据双盲法分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=36)。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预。观察2组患儿术后应激持续时间、肛门排气及住院时间,比较2组不良症状发生情况以及家属护理满意度。结果观察组术后应激持续时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组不良症状发生率低于对照组,观察组家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿腹股沟斜疝手术中实施综合护理干预,对促进患儿术后康复、减少并发症具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in surgery of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 73 pediatric patients with indirect inguinal hernia were divided into the observation group( n = 37) and control group( n = 36).Both two groups received routine nursing care and the comprehensive nursing interventions were carried out in the observation group. The lasting time of postoperative stress,time for anal exhaust and length of stay were recorded. The adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of parents to nursing service were evaluated. Results The lasting time of postoperative stress,time for anal exhaust and length of stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,with significant difference( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The incidence of adverse reactions was lower and the satisfaction degree of parents was higher in the observation group than those in the control group,with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention can accelerate the rehabilitation of children with indirect inguinal hernia undergoing surgery treatment.更多还原
