【摘要】 目的探讨病伤严重度指数(IISI)在院前急救及转运危重患者中的应用效果。方法总结50例院前急救转运的危重患者,应用IISI对病情或伤情进行紧急评定,指导急救人员实施现场急救,安排合理转运。结果 50例患者中非创伤类患者33例,分为需住院12例(36.36%)、监护/手术20例(60.61%)及可能死亡1例(3.03%);创伤类患者17例,分为重伤14例(82.35%),危重2例(11.76%)及可能死亡1例(5.88%)。结论院前急救及转运危重患者应用IISI快速评定创伤和非创伤的伤病程度,有利于及时展开有效的现场急救及安全转运,挽救患者生命。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of illness-injury severity index( IISI) and transfer of critical ill patients. Methods To summarize the effect of IISI on urgent evaluation of the illness status or injury conditions of 50 patients,and to guide the first-aiders to conduct field first aid as well as arranging the transfer before and after treatment reasonably. Results Among50 cases of severe patients with pre-hospital care,there were 33 patients without trauma,in which12 patients( 36. 36%) need to be hospitalized,20 patients need guardianship and operations( 60. 61%) and 1 case( 3. 03%) with high risk of death. There were 17 cases with trauma,in which 14 cases( 82. 35%) with severe injury,2 cases( 11. 76%) with critical injury and 1 case( 5. 88%) with high risk of death. Conclusion The application of IISI in pre-hospital care and transfer of critical ill patients is effective for rapid evaluation of illness or injury status of patients with or without trauma,which is helpful to conduct effective field first aid and safe transfer,saving patients’ lives.更多还原
