【摘要】 目的:观察苍菊颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年7月至加16年6月在我院就诊的80例NASH患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。治疗组患者在干预生活方式基础上服用苍菊颗粒,1剂/d,对照组患者在干预生活方式基础下口服安慰剂,疗程24周。观察比较两组患者治疗前后肝功能、血脂、临床疗效、症候评分、体质指数(BMI)和腰臀比(WHR)的变化情况。结果:①治疗组患者治疗后ALT、GGT、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,差异亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。②治疗组总有效率为82.5%、对照组为52.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗后治疗组症候评分低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。④体质指数和腰臀比治疗前后及组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(分别为:P<0.005,P<0.05)。结论:苍菊颗粒治疗NASH,能有效改善患者肝功能和脂质代谢,其疗效优于单纯生活方式干预,具有较好的临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstact Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Cangju Granule on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:80 patients with NAFLD treated in our hospital from July,2014 to June,2016 were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).The treatment group was treated with the intervention of lifestyle combined with Cangju Granule once a day,while in the control group,oral placebo was given on the basis of lifestyle intervention,and both groups were treated for 24 weeks.The changes of liver function,blood lipid,clinical curative effect,symptom score,BMI and waist-hip ratio were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:①The levels of ALT,GGT,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the treatment group decreased after the treatment,the difference were statistically significant(P < 0.05).And they were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05):②The total effective rate was 82.5%in the treatment group and 52.5%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):③After treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.005):④After treatment,BMI and waist-hip ratio were statistically significant different in each group(P < 0.005).Conclusion:Cangju Granules for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver could reduce the severity of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,effectively improve liver function and lipid metabolism:its efficacy was better than simple lifestyle intervention which has a good clinical treatment.更多还原
