基于“卓越计划”“双导师制”毕业设计探索与实践

【摘要】 按照"卓越工程师教育培养计划"要求,围绕高等工程教育本科生毕业设计实施"双导师制"必需的软、硬件各要素建设,通过校内外工程实践基地建设、双结构型师资队伍建设及双导师制毕业设计过程管理制度建设,结合行业企业实际工程项目,开展联合培养工程人才的探索与实践。实践证明该种模式对学生在动手能力、工程意识、综合素养及创新思维等方面的培养起到了有效挖掘的作用,初步实现了学校、企业、学生三方共赢的良好局面。

【Abstract】 This paper, based on the higher engineering education undergraduate graduation design elements that needs necessary software and hardware construction during actualizing the "double tutorial system", researches exploration and practice of cultivating engineering talents, through the engineering practice base construction, double structured face-to-face teaching staff construction and the double tutorial system graduation design process management system construction, at the same time, combined with the actual project industry enterprises. Practice has proved that the model has played an effective role in the cultivation of students in practical ability, engineering consciousness, comprehensive accomplishment and innovative thinking, and has realized the good situation of school, enterprise and student win-win situation.
