【摘要】 目的探析对乳腺良性肿瘤患者应用微创手术和传统手术的治疗效果差异。方法 120例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为传统组与微创组,各60例。传统组接受传统外科手术治疗,微创组采用麦默通微创旋切手术方案治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果微创组手术时间长于传统组,术中出血量少于传统组,切口愈合时间短于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组切口愈合情况、瘢痕接受程度、术后乳房对称情况及患者满意度均优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组患者在随访期间发生切口感染与乳晕感觉异常患者各1例,并发症发生率为3.3%;传统组有2例发生术后切口感染,1例发生乳晕感觉异常,并发症发生率为5.0%;两组并发症发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用麦默通微创旋切手术对良性乳腺肿瘤患者进行治疗,病情显著改善且极大程度满足部分对外形美观有要求的心理需要,患者术后生活质量提高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss and analyze the difference of treatment effect in minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors. Methods A total of 120 patients with benign breast tumors were divided by random number table method into traditional group and minimally invasive group, with 60 cases in each group. The traditional group was treated with traditional surgery, and the minimally invasive group was treated with mammotome minimally invasive surgery. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The minimally invasive group had longer operation time than traditional group, less intraoperative bleeding volume than traditional group, and shorter incision healing time than traditional group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The minimally invasive group had better wound healing, scar acceptance, postoperative breast symmetry and patient satisfaction than traditional group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The minimally invasive group had 1 case with incision infection and paresthesia of the areola during the follow-up period, with complication rate as 3.3%, while the traditional group had 2 cases with incision infection and paresthesia of the areola, with complication rate as 5.0%. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of complications(P>0.05). Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive surgery can greatly improve the condition to meet some requirements on the psychological needs of appearance for the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors, and can improve the quality of life of patients.it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
