【摘要】 目的探讨临床应用舒血宁注射液的具体情况及其临床应用效果。方法 576例使用舒血宁注射液的住院患者,进行14 d的全程跟踪,从用药开始至结束采用集中监测,填写评价表,进行统计分析。结果使用舒血宁注射液的住院患者中,576例(100.00%)给药途径与说明书相符;344例(59.72%)用药剂量、用药溶媒与说明书相符;342例(59.38%)使用间隔液;325例(56.42%)静脉滴注速度与说明书相符;202例(35.07%)适应证与说明书相符;14 d疗程98例(17.01%);不良反应发生率2.43%。结论舒血宁注射液临床使用存在不合理用药,应加强管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the specific condition of Shuxuening injection and its clinical application effect. Methods A total of 576 hospitalized patients treated with Shuxuening injection were followed up for 14 days. From the beginning to the end of the treatment, centralized monitoring was performed and the evaluation table was filled out for statistical analysis. Results Among hospitalized patients treated with Shuxuening injection, 576 cases(100.00%) had route of administration in line with the statement, 344 cases(59.72%) had solvent dosage and medication in line with the statement, 342 cases(59.38%) used interval solution, 325 cases(56.42%) had intravenous infusion rate in line with the statement, 202 cases(35.07%) had indications in line with the statement. 98 cases(17.01%) were treated for 14 d, with the incidence of adverse reactions as 2.43%. Conclusion There is irrational medication in clinical use of Shuxuening injection, and the management should be strengthened.更多还原
