【摘要】 目的探究氟康唑、克霉唑栓联合治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的效果。方法 94例老年念球菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组47例。对照组给予氟康唑口服治疗,试验组给予氟康唑、克霉唑栓联合治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率97.87%高于对照组的78.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组心理、生理、社会关联、环境方面的评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑、克霉唑栓联合治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎患者具备良好的临床效果,值得大力推行及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of fluconazole and clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of senile candidiasis vaginitis.Methods A total of 94 senile candidiasis vaginitis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral fluconazole,and the experimental group was treated with fluconazole and clotrimazole suppository.Treatment effect in two groups was compared and investigated.Results After treatment,the experimental group had higher total treatment effective rate as 97.87% than 78.72% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher psychological,physical,social association,environmental score than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of fluconazole and clotrimazole suppository shows remarkable clinical efficacy in treating senile candidiasis vaginitis,and it should be vigorously promoted and applied.更多还原
