【摘要】 目的观察利用现代工艺制备康胃愈溃颗粒剂治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法 80例老年消化性溃疡患者,按照知情同意书将患者分为对照组(38例)和观察组(42例)。对照组患者接受常规西药疗法,观察组患者则在此基础上添加康胃愈溃颗粒剂治疗。比较两组患者溃疡愈合情况及症状评分。结果观察组溃疡愈合总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.32%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.28,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的各项症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论利用现代工艺制备康胃愈溃颗粒剂治疗老年消化性溃疡优于传统常规治疗,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of preparation of Kangwei Yukui Granule by modern technology in the treatment of senile peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 80 senile patients with peptic ulcer were divide by informed consent into control group(38 cases) and observation group(42 cases). The control group received routine western medicine, and the observation group also received Kangwei Yukui Granule for treatment. Comparison were made on ulcer healing status and symptom score in two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate of ulcer healing as 92.86% than 76.32% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=4.28, P<0.05). The observation group had obviously lower symptom scores than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion Preparation of Kangwei Yukui Granule by modern technology is superior to traditional routine treatment in the treatment of senile peptic ulcer, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
