【摘要】 目的对比微型钢板与克氏针内固定治疗掌指骨折的临床疗效。方法 72例掌指骨折患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组应用克氏针内固定治疗,观察组采用微型钢板内固定治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、骨折愈合时间和术后感染发生率。结果观察组治疗优良率为94.4%,高于对照组的72.2%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间为(6.02±0.25)d,短于对照组的(7.94±0.84)d,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后感染发生率为5.6%,明显低于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨折的临床疗效显著,能促进关节功能的恢复,缩短骨折愈合时间,术后感染发生较少,可在临床中广泛的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare clinical effect by mini-plate and Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of palm and finger fracture. Methods A total of 72 patients with palm and finger fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received Kirschner wire internal fixation for treatment, and the observation group received mini-plate internal fixation for treatment. Comparison was made on clinical effect, fracture healing time and incidence of postoperative infection between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher good rate of treatment as 94.4% than 72.2% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had shorter fracture healing time as(6.02±0.25) d than(7.94±0.84) d in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had obviously lower incidence of postoperative infection as 5.6% than 25.0% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Mini-plate internal fixation shows excellent clinical effect in treating palm and finger fracture. This method can accelerate joint function recovery and shorten fracture healing time, along with few occurred postoperative complications. It is worth widely clinical application.更多还原
