【摘要】 目的研究分析小儿支气管肺炎使用盐酸氨溴索治疗的临床效果。方法 50例支气管肺炎患儿,根据治疗方法不同分成对照组和观察组,每组25例,对照组患儿接受α-糜蛋白酶加入氯化钠注射液进行治疗,观察组患儿接受盐酸氨溴索进行治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组治疗显效12例、有效10例、无效3例,总有效率为88.00%;对照组患儿治疗显效8例、有效6例、无效11例,总有效率为56.00%。观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎患儿接受盐酸氨溴索治疗的临床效果突出,能够促进排痰,改善呼吸道,临床中可以进行推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research and analyze clinical effect by ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia. Methods A total of 50 children patients with bronchopneumonia were divided by different treatment methods into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received sodium chloride injection with added α-chymotrypsin for treatment, and the observation group received ambroxol hydrochloride for treatment. Comparison was made on curative effects between the two groups. Results The observation group had 12 excellent cases, 10 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 88.00%. The control group had 8 excellent cases, 6 effective cases and 11 ineffective cases, with total effective cases as 56.00%. The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of ambroxol hydrochloride shows excellent effect in treating pediatric bronchopneumonia. This method can accelerate sputum excretion and improve respiratory tract, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.更多还原
