【摘要】 目的探究组胺H1受体拮抗剂与西米替丁用于变态反应性皮肤病患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 66例变态反应性皮肤病患者,按照随机原理分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组患者应用组胺H1受体拮抗剂进行治疗,观察组患者联合应用组胺H1受体拮抗剂与西米替丁治疗。比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况和治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.0%,高于对照组的75.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,观察组中有3例患者出现了轻度的呕吐、恶心、腹泻,观察组患者不良反应发生率为9.1%;对照组中有4例患者出现了轻度的呕吐、恶心、腹泻,对照组患者不良反应发生率为12.1%,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西米替丁联合组胺H1受体拮抗剂用于变态反应性皮肤病患者治疗,安全可靠,不良反应少,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by histamine H1 receptor antagonist combined with cimetidine in the treatment of allergic dermatosis patients. Methods A total of 66 patients with allergic dermatosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received histamine H1 receptor antagonist for treatment, and the observation group received histamine H1 receptor antagonist combined with cimetidine for treatment. Comparison was made on occurrence of adverse reactions and curative effects between the two groups. Results The observation goup had higher total effective rate in treatment as 97.0% than 75.8% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). During treatment, the observation group had 3 cases with mild emesis, nausea and diarrhea, along with incidence of adverse reactions as 9.1%. The control group had 4 cases with mild emesis, nausea and diarrhea, along with incidence of adverse reactions as 12.1%. There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Combination of cimetidine and histamine H1 receptor antagonist is safe and creditable in treating patients with allergic dermatosis. This method showed few adverse reactions ad excellent clinical effect, and it is worth promoting and applying.更多还原
