6~10岁儿童扁平足基本参数的测量与分析

【摘要】 采集了300名儿童的足印图,采用划线法对扁平足程度进行了分级;选择16名轻度扁平足儿童、7名正常足弓儿童作为受试者,采用比利时RS footscan平板式足底压力测量仪,对其足底各区域压力、压强、足弓接触面积等参数进行测量和分析;选择其中足长在180~200mm之间的6名轻度扁平足、3名正常足儿童,采用足部三维扫描仪建立受试者的足部模型,并得到其足弓高度、前掌宽度、后跟宽度等数据。研究结果表明:轻度扁平足儿童的足弓接触面积百分比大于正常儿童,前掌和后跟接触面积百分比均小于正常儿童。

【Abstract】 Footprint pictures of 300 children were collected and flatfoot degrees were classified by scraping line method.16 children with light flatfoot and 7 with normal foot were chosen as subjects. Parameters of subjects such as plantar regional pressure, intensity of pressure and arch contact area were measured by RSfootscan plate plantar pressure measuring instrument and then analyzed. Among them whose foot length between 180~200mm(6 of light flatfoot and 3 of normal foot) were chosen, their foot models were scanned by using foot 3D scanner, and data such as arch height, forefoot width and heel width was obtained. Result indicates that the arch contact area percentage of light flatfoot is greater than that of normal ones, while the contact area percentage of forefoot and heel are both smaller than that of normal ones.
