【摘要】 "三导向"是本院人才培养模式改革的突出体现,如何评价学生是否符合这一标准,以往绝大多数研究是理论思考与设计,在真实课堂及课后期间进行的观察评价研究非常少。本研究实行形成性评价与终结性评价相结合,横向评价与纵向评价相结合,采用美国华盛顿大学医学院编制的360度问卷评价量表作为终结性评价,Delphi专家咨询法完成评价的构建,设定层次结构和评价指标。在此基础之上采用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,作为课堂教学改革及网络教学形成性评价标准。以上量表结合超声诊断学教学特点,对量表结构和权重进行全面论证,在不同年级采用不同方法教学的学生中进行实践,并逐步完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three-orientation is a prominent embodiment of the reform of the talent cultivation model in our college.For the past experience,the main standards to judge students’ performance are only considered theoretical knowledge.The study composes both the formative assessments and summative assessments and uses vertical analysis and horizon analysis as the final judgement standards.Using the professional ethics,professional abilities,and communication skills survey from University of Washington,combining Delphi methods to construct final evaluation gauge for the hierarchy and evaluation index,the weights of each evaluation index are determined by analytic hierarchy process as the valuation standards.Identifying all the characteristic of ultrasonic diagnostics and inputting in the gauge,in different grades,with different methods of teaching,students improve gradually through the practice.更多还原
