【摘要】 非哺乳期乳腺炎是一类发生在女性非哺乳期、良性、病因不明的非特异性炎症性疾病。由于其临床表现缺乏特异性,常造成误诊漏诊,须与乳腺癌尤其是炎性乳癌鉴别。B超等是重要的辅助检查方法,但病理检查是诊断和鉴别诊断的金标准。本病的主要治疗方式是以手术为主的综合治疗。本文就非哺乳期乳腺炎的研究情况做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-puerperal mastitis is a group of unknown etiology,benign,non-specific inflammatory disease.NPM is often to be misdiagnosed easelly due to its lack of specific clinical manifestations.It need to distinguish with breast cancer,especially inflammatory breast cancer.B-ultrasound is an important auxiliary examination method,but the pathological examination is still the gold standard for the diagnosis.At present,the treatment of the disease is the comprehensive treatment based on surgery.This article reviews the research situation of NPM.更多还原
