【摘要】 目的:调查西藏医学生的农村就业意愿及其影响因素方法:以实证研究的方式,通过调查西藏大学医学院的高年级学生的农村就业意愿,并分析其影响因素。结果:不同的民族、性别、专业、家庭背景等影响学生就业选择。而学生重视的影响因素变量依次为单位工作条件、单位待遇与岗位权力、个人生活与发展空间。结论:在今后西藏医学生招生、就业及制定农村卫生人力政策时,应综合有关方面加以考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the medical college students’ intention to work in rural Tibet and its influencing factors. Methods Empirical research was applied to survey the medical college students’ intention to work in rural Tibet and its influencing factors. Results The factors of nationality,gender,specialty and family background can influence the students’ employment. And the influencing factors which were valued by students were ranked as working condition,remuneration and authority,the space of personal life and development. Conclusion These influencing factors need to be comprehensively considered in enrollment and employment of medical college students,and policy-making in Tibet.更多还原
