【摘要】 目的:探讨社区老年人衰弱与卫生服务利用的关系。方法:采用多阶段分层抽取济南市915名社区老年人进行问卷调查与身体表型衰弱测量。结果:衰弱发生率为4.6%,年住院率为21.9%,年急诊利用率为5.9%。多元Logistic回归分析显示,衰弱老年人住院(OR=2.16,P<0.05)及急诊利用(OR=3.46,P<0.05)的风险较高。结论:应重视社区老年人衰弱筛查与干预,及早启动预警机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine whether frailty is associated with health service utilization among community-dwelling elderly. Methods 915 community-dwelling elderly were recruited from Jinan City with multistage stratified sampling method,and received questionnaire survey and physical phenotype frailty measure. Results The prevalence of frailty was 4. 6%. 21. 9% of participants had hospitalization and 5. 9% had emergency use during the past year. Multivariate analysis showed that frail elderly had higher odds of hospitalization( OR = 2. 16,P < 0. 05) and emergency use( OR = 3. 46,P < 0. 05).
