【摘要】 目的:了解我国卫生行业协同创新研究的现况和存在的不足。方法:在三大中文数据库和Pubmed上系统检索以卫生行业协同创新为主题的文献。根据研究设计的信息提取表摘录相关信息,使用Excel2007录入资料并进行分析。结果:53篇文献纳入分析,纳入文献呈逐年增加的趋势;超过半数的文献(54.7%)聚焦高校教学和人才培养路径的协同创新;一半(50%)的成果转化分析来自中医药研究;4篇(7.5%)从理论视角分析了协同创新模式或机制;18篇(34.0%)采用个案分析的方法研究协同创新的经验或实践反思;协同创新意识不强、动力不足以及体制机制不完善是当前卫生行业协同创新存在的主要问题。结论:我国卫生行业协同创新研究尚未引起应有的重视,卫生行业的协同创新研究需要体现自身的特点,聚焦卫生行业协同创新政策的研究有待加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the situation and insufficiency of collaborative innovation research on health industry in China.Methods Databases including CNKI( 1979-2016. 11),VIP( 1989-2016. 12),Wanfang( 1982-2016. 11) and Pub Med were systematically retrieved. Any literature about collaborative innovation research on health industry was included. Self-developed data extraction form was used for collecting the information. Data were input and analyzed using Excel2007. Results A total of 53 papers were included in the analysis,which showed an increasing trend year by year. More than half of the literature( 54. 7%)focused on collaborative innovation on teaching and personnel training path of high education. Half( 50%) of the analysis of achievement transformation was from Chinese medicine research. 4( 7. 5%) analyzed collaborative innovation model or mechanism from the theoretical perspective. 18( 34. 0%) examined the experience of collaborative innovation or practice reflection using the method of case study. The main problems of collaborative innovation included weakness of collaborative innovation cognition,shortage of motivation,and imperfection of system and mechanism. Conclusion Collaborative innovation research of health industry has not yet aroused the due attention. Collaborative innovation research of health industry need to reflect its own characteristics.The policy research of collaborative innovation on health industry need to be strengthened.更多还原
