【摘要】 目的:总结我国医疗纠纷第三方调解机制的研究现状和研究不足,分析发展中存在的问题,探索新的发展方向。方法:运用文献分析及其统计方法,收集、整理2008—2016年医疗纠纷非诉讼解决机制的研究文献,回顾性分析学者主要研究观点、研究内容及研究不足。结果:与传统医疗纠纷解决方式相比,第三方调解机制虽然具有一定优势,但在发展中由于专业化程度较低、调解作用发挥有限。结论:我国医疗纠纷第三方调解只有提高专业化水平,走专业化发展道路,发展成一种行业性、专业性的医疗纠纷权威处理平台,才能在医疗纠纷解决问题上发挥权威性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Summarizing the current situation and problems of the third-party mediation of medical dispute in our country,and exploring the new development direction. Methods Combining literature survey and statistical methods,collect,sort the main point of the third-party Mediation related literature from 2008 to 2016. Results Compared with the traditional medical dispute resolution,the third-party mediation has certain advantages,but the mediation effect is limited because of the low degree of specialization. Conclusion Only if the third-party mediation improve professional level,take the path of professional development,establish a professional platform,can they playing an authoritative role to solve medical dispute.更多还原
