【摘要】 目的探讨经鼻蝶手术切除老年无功能性垂体腺瘤的方法和手术效果。方法回顾性分析经鼻蝶显微手术切除的123例老年无功能性垂体腺瘤病人的临床资料。微腺瘤2例,大腺瘤74例,巨大腺瘤47例。结果肿瘤全切除91例,大部切除30例,部分切除2例。随访95例,时间15~61个月,复发7例,再次手术治疗3例,4例选择继续观察。结论在充分评估基础上行经鼻蝶手术切除老年无功能性垂体腺瘤是可行、有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective To explore the surgical methods and outcome of transsphenoidal surgery for nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas in elderly patients. Methods Clinical data of 123 elderly patients with nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas were analyzed retrospectively,who underwent microsurgery via transsphenoidal approach. There were microadenomas in 2 patients, large adenomas in 74 and giant adenomas in 47. Results Total tumor removal was achieved in 91 patients, subtotal in 30 and partial in 2. Ninety-five patients were followed up for 15 to 61 months. Relapse occurred in 7 patients, 3 of them received second surgery and 4 received observation.Conclusion Based on preoperative complete evaluation, transsphenoidal surgery for nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas in elderly patients is feasible and effective.更多还原
