苹果中5种植物生长调节剂的测定
Determination of five plant growth regulators in apples
【摘要】 目的建立分散固相萃取结合气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)同时测定苹果中4-氯苯氧乙酸、2,4-D、萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸5种植物生长调节剂残留量的方法。方法样品经研磨成干粉状后采用二氯甲烷提取,分散固相萃取柱净化,三氟化硼甲醇溶液衍生后,采用高选择性反应监测(H-SRM)对5种植物生长调节剂进行检测,外标法定量。结果 5种植物生长调节剂浓度在10.0μg/L~1 000μg/L时线性关系良好(r>0.999),在0.010 mg/kg~0.200 mg/kg添加水平下回收率为86.3%~119%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~7.1%。结论该方法快速、准确,结合GCMS/MS法能满足苹果中植物生长调节剂残留量的检测分析要求。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid,2,4-D,Naphthylacetic acid,indole acetic acid and indolybutyric acid in apples by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry( GC-MS/MS)with dispersive solid-phase extraction. Methods The samples were milled into dry powder and extracted by methylene chloride,then purified by dispersive solid-phase extraction. The detecting of the five kinds of plant growth regulators of the fruits was conducted by highly selective reaction monitoring( H-SRM) after the samples were derived by boron trifluoride methanol solution,and quantified by external standard method. Results The linearity of the method was good( r > 0. 999) when the concentrations were within 10. 0 μg/L-1 000 μg/L,and the recovery was within 86. 3%-119% at the addition levels of0. 010 mg/kg-0. 200 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) was within 1. 2%-7. 1%. Conclusion The method is fast and accurate,and it can meet the requirement for the detection of five kinds of plant growth regulators residues in apples.
