PDCA循环法在降低凝血功能检测标本不合格率中的应用
Application of PDCA circulation to reduce the unqualified rate of specimen with blood coagulation function test in hospitalized patients
【摘要】 目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在降低本院住院病人凝血功能检测标本不合格率中的应用效果。方法对本院2015年3月-2016年2月住院患者凝血功能检测不合格标本进行数量统计,并对不合格原因进行分析,随后采用PDCA循环管理法对住院患者凝血功能检测标本进行持续性质量改进,并比较对策实施前后的标本不合格率。结果经过PDCA循环管理后凝血功能检测标本不合格率明显降低,由对策实施前的1.63%降为对策实施后的0.64%,下降了0.99%,在后期的效果确认和维持阶段,凝血功能检测标本不合格率仍然维持在较理想水平(不合格率为0.84%)。结论采用PDCA循环管理法可有效降低住院患者凝血功能检测标本不合格率,可有效保证检验分析前阶段标本质量,提高检验结果准确性,提高医护人员业务能力。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulatory method to reduce the unqualified rate of specimen from hospitalized patients for blood coagulation test. Methods The number of unqualified specimens for blood coagulation test of inpatients in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 was counted and the causes of disqualification were analyzed. Then the PDCA circulation management method was used to promote the quality of specimen for blood coagulation test of inpatients,and the comparison of unqualified rate of specimens,before and after the countermeasure was implemented,was performed.Results The unqualified rate of the specimen for blood coagulation test was significantly reduced after the PDCA circulation management method was used,and the unqualified rate was reduced to 0. 64% from 1. 63%,with a 0. 99% decrease. In the later stage of effectiveness maintenance and confirmation,the unqualified rate of specimen for blood coagulation test was still maintained at a better level( the unqualified rate was 0. 84%). Conclusion Applying of PDCA circulation management method can effectively reduce the unqualified rate of specimen with blood coagulation function test in hospitalized patients,which can effectively guarantee the quality of the specimen before the test analysis,improve the accuracy of test results and improve the medical personnel ability.
