【摘要】 目的探讨抗Ro-52抗体的临床意义及在各种疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法收集895例抗Ro-52抗体阳性患者,采用免疫印迹法同时检测14种抗核抗体谱,间接免疫荧光法检测抗Ro-52的核型分布,根据检测结果及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果抗Ro-52抗体阳性集中分布在30岁~44岁、45岁~59岁,阳性率分别为31.4%、31.6%。核型分布中核颗粒性占41.3%。与抗SSA抗体同时阳性达23.3%。895例抗Ro-52抗体阳性的患者中,系统性红斑狼疮患者占22.9%、干燥综合征患者占13.9%、未分化结缔组织病占11.3%,其余疾病均低于10%。结论抗Ro-52抗体阳性患者分布谱很广,与不同的自身免疫性疾病有很大的关系,可能直接参与组织损伤的致病机理,在15项抗核抗体谱检测中Ro-52抗体合并抗SSA抗体和抗SSB抗体的概率最高,在干燥综合征的诊断中有重要的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance of anti-Ro-52 antibody and its application value in the diagnosis of various diseases. Methods 895 patients with positive anti-Ro-52 antibodies were collected. 14 kinds of antinuclear antibodies spectrum were simultaneously detected by western blotting,and karyotype distribution of anti-Ro-52 antibody was tested by indirect immunofluorescence. Detection results and the correspongding clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The positive anti-Ro-52 antibodies were mainly distributed in people at the ages of 30 to 44,and 45 to 59,accounting for 31. 4% and 31. 6%,respectively. The nuclear granular type accounted for 41. 3% in karyotype distribution. The rate of both anti-Ro-52 and anti-SSA positive was 23. 3%. Among the 895 anti-Ro-52 antibodies positive cases,patients with systemic lupus erythematoses occupied 22. 9%,patients with sjogren syndrome occupied 13. 9%,patients with undifferentiated connective tissue disease occupied 11. 3%,and patients with other diseases all accounted for less than 10%.Conclusion The wide distribution of anti-Ro-52 antibody positive cases has a great relationship with various autoimmune diseases,and may be directly involved in the pathogenesis of tissue injury. Among the 15 detections of antinuclear antibody spectrum,the combination of anti-Ro-52 and anti-SSA as well as anti-SSB has the highest probability,which provides important diagnostic value for sjogren syndrome.更多还原
