血清鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原和人附睾蛋白4对肺癌患者诊断的价值分析

【摘要】 目的探讨血清鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC)和人附睾蛋白4(HE4)对肺癌患者诊断的价值。方法选取本院2014年3月-2016年3月的75例肺癌(肺腺癌22例,鳞癌21例,未分化癌20例,小细胞癌12例)患者作为试验组,同时选取健康体检人群75例作为对照组,分别采集2组研究对象的血清,采用化学发光分析仪对血清SCC和HE4水平进行检测,分析2组研究对象的SCC、HE4水平及SCC、HE4单独检测及联合检测的阳性检出率。结果试验组的SCC、HE4水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SCC联合HE4检测的阳性检出率(98.7%)明显高于SCC(76.0%)和HE4(77.3%)单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清SCC、HE4均可以应用于肺癌的诊断,而血清SCC联合HE4诊断的价值更高。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen( SCC) and human epididymis protein 4( HE4) in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016,75 cases of lung cancer( 22 cases of lung adenocarcinoma,21 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma,12 cases of small cell carcinoma) patients were selected as the experimental group,and 75 healthy people were selected as the control group,serum of 2groups were collected,and chemiluminescent immunoassay analyzer was used to detect tumor markers of human epididymis protein 4( HE4),chemiluminescence analyzer was used to detect serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen( SCC),and the SCC,HE4 level and the single or multiple detection rate of HE4 and SCC were analyzed. Results SCC and HE4 levels of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); the detection rate of SCC combined with HE4( 98. 7%) was significantly higher than the SCC( 76. 0%) or HE4( 77. 3%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Serum SCC,HE4 can be used in the diagnosis of lung cancer,and the value of serum SCC combined with HE4 diagnosis is higher.
