【摘要】 目的探讨脑钠钛(BNP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(CysC)联合检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的实用价值。方法收集2012年11月-2014年11月本院就诊的糖尿病患者85例,根据24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)将患者分为3组:极微量白蛋白尿组(UAER<30 mg/d);微量白蛋白尿组[UAER(30~300)mg/d]和临床蛋白尿组(UAER≥300 mg/d)。另收集门诊健康体检者40例为健康对照组,所有对象均检测BNP、Hcy、CysC及UAER,并进行分析。结果糖尿病组与健康对照组比较,BNP、Hcy、CysC明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病肾病的严重程度与3项指标值呈正相关(r值分别为0.732、0.725和0683,P<0.01)。结论脑钠钛、同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展中存在一定的作用,检测结果可为糖尿病肾病的早期诊断提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the practical value of combined detection of brain natriuretic titanium( BNP),homocysteine( Hcy),Cystatin C( CysC) in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 85 patients with diabetes were collected from November,2012 to November,2014 in our hospital,and according to the 24 hour urinary albumin excretion rate( UAER),the patients were divided into three groups: microalbuminuria group( UAER < 30 mg/d); microalbuminuria group [UAER( 30-300) mg/d]and clinical proteinuria group( UAER≥300 mg/d). In addition,40 healthy outpatients were collected as the healthy control group,and all subjects were conducted for the test of BNP,Hcy,CysC and UAER,and and results were analyzed. Results The diabetic group was compared with the healthy control group,BNP,Hcy and CysC increased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); the severity of diabetic nephropathy and three index values were positively correlated( r = 0. 732,r = 0,725 and 0. 683,P < 0. 01). Conclusion There is a certain effect of brain natriuretic titanium,homocysteine,Cystatin C in the development of diabetic nephropathy,and the detection results can provide basis for the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
