安徽省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病原检测分析
The pathogen analysis of the first case infected avian influenza H5N6 virus in Anhui
【摘要】 目的对安徽省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病例相关标本进行实验室检测,为今后禽流感疫情实验室检测和防控提供有效参照。方法采用荧光实时定量PCR(real-time PCR)反应检测疑似病例和外环境标本以及密切接触者的咽拭子标本,对NA基因片段采用一步法普通RT-PCR技术进行扩增。将阳性外环境标本和疑似病例标本送安徽省疾病预防控制中心流感参比中心实验室复核。结果疑似病例咽拭子标本经实验室检测为H5N6亚型流感病毒。在13份农贸市场标本中,有2份H5N6和H9N2亚型混合标本和1份H5N6标本,5份H9N2亚型标本,1份H7亚型标本,1份H7和H9N2混合标本。其他标本均阴性。结论经宣城市疾病预防控制中心、安徽省疾病预防控制中心和中国疾病预防控制中心病毒所国家流感中心一致鉴定,该患者为安徽省首例人感染H5N6高致病性禽流感病例。
【Abstract】 Objective To provide effective reference of laboratory detection and prevention-control in avian influenza epidemic via detecting the relating samples of the first case infected avian influenza H5N6 virus in Anhui. Methods The throat swab specimen of suspected case,outer space and close contacts were detected by real time PCR. The NA gene fragment was amplified by one step RT-PCR technique. The positive external environment specimens and suspected cases of specimens were sent to the Influenza Reference Center of CDC in Anhui Province to review. Results The test result of the suspected case samples was avian influenza H5N6 virus positive. Among 13 agricultural market samples,there were 1 H5N6 virus sample,2 mix samples,including H5N6 and H9N2 viruses,5 H9N2 virus samples,1 H7 virus sample,1 mix sample,including H7 and H9N2 viruses,other samples were negative. Conclusion Through the detection of the Xuancheng Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the Anhui Center for Disease Control and Prevention and National Influenza Center proved that the suspected case was the first case infected avian influenza H5N6 virus in Anhui.
