高效液相色谱法检测环境水样中的生物胺
Determination of biogenic amines in environmental waters by high performance liquid chromatography
【摘要】 目的采用高效液相色谱法检测环境水样中的生物胺组成和含量。方法以邻苯二甲醛为衍生化试剂,采用在线衍生液相色谱法检测环境水样中的6种生物胺。结果该方法能够在20 min内快速分离环境水样中的组胺、尸胺、腐胺、酪胺、精胺和苯乙胺,6种生物胺的检出限为14μg/L~70μg/L,相对标准偏差<5%,日间精密度为1.7%~3.3%,加标回收率为95.7%~102.6%。6份不同环境水样的检测结果表明,所检测的6份环境水样均含有组胺,2份水样中存在酪胺,3份水样中存在尸胺和腐胺,而水样中精胺和苯乙胺的含量低于本方法的检出。结论本研究提供了液相色谱自动衍生反应进样程序检测水样中6种生物胺的方法,具有简单、快速分离的优点,方法性能参数均满足水样检测要求。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the component and content of biogenic amines in environmental water. Methods With o-phthaldialdehyde as derivatization reagent,six kinds of biogenic amines were separated by online derivatization liquid chromatography. Results This method can rapidly separated histamine,cadaverine,putrescine,tyramine,phenylethylamine and spermine in environmental water samples within 20 minutes. The detection limit of the proposed method varied within 14 μg/L-70 μg/L for six kinds of biogenicamines. The relative standard deviation was less than 5%,and the intermediate precision was within 1. 7%-3. 3%. The recovery varied within 95. 7%-102. 6%. 6 water samples contain histamine,tyramine exists in 2water samples,presence of cadaverine and putrescine exist in 3 water samples,and the contents of spermine and ethylamine in water samples were lower than the detection limit of this method. Conclusion In this study,six kinds of biogenic amines in water samples were detected easily and rapidly through an automatic derivatization reaction route. The performance parameters meet the requirements of water samples detection.
