【摘要】 目的探讨创伤性四肢骨折患者凝血指标的改变情况及其与血栓形成的关系。方法选取2015年1月-2016年6月就诊的创伤性四肢骨折患者70例作为观察组,其中并发DVT 10例,未并发DVT 60例,另选取同期体检的健康者50例作为对照组,分别检测TT、APTT、PT、FIB以及D-D。结果术前观察组与对照组的TT、APTT及PT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的FIB、D-D较对照组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前及术后3 d,并发DVT者与无DVT者的TT、APTT及PT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术前及术后3 d,并发DVT者的FIB及D-D均高于无DVT者;与术前比较,术后3 d并发DVT者与无DVT者的FIB及D-D均显著升高,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者发生创伤性四肢骨折后,血液处于高凝状态,凝血功能指标发生改变,并发DVT者的FIB、D-D升高更显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of coagulation indexes in patients with traumatic fracture of extremities and its relationship with thrombosis. Methods 70 cases of traumatic limbs fracture from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group,including 10 cases of DVT and 60 cases without DVT. In the same period,50 healthy persons were selected as the control group. We respectively measured TT,APTT,PT,FIB and D-D. Results Before surgery,the differences of TT,APTT and PT between the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05);compared with the control group,the observation group’s D-D and FIB were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Before surgery and 3 days after surgery,there was no statistical significance on the differences in PT,APTT,and TT( P > 0. 05) between in patients with DVT and without DVT. Before surgery and 3 days after surgery,FIB and D-D of patients with DVT were higher than those of patients without DVT. Compared with that before surgery,3 days after surgery,FIB and D-D significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion After traumatic limbs fracture,the body blood is in the high coagulation state,the coagulation function index changes,FIB and D-D increased significantly in patients with DVT.更多还原
