燃气锅炉房烟气余热回收技术应用实践
The Application of Flue Gas Heat Recovery Technology in Gas Boiler
【摘要】 华北电力大学锅炉房采用燃气热水锅炉常温排烟节能系统,将锅炉排烟余热进行回收用于加热锅炉回水。本文作者通过实际运行数据、现场图片对比以及第三方检测报告阐明了该技术显著的节能效果。结果表明:我校燃气热水锅炉常温排烟节能系统节能率可达9.3%以上,SOX和NOX排放量分别降低10%。
【Abstract】 Smoke discharge energy-saving system is applied by North China Electric Power University on its gas fired hot water boilers, which collects afterheatfrom the discharged smoke to heat boiler’s backwater. Using running data, on-site photos and third-party examining report, the article presents its significant energy-saving effects. The result shows that the energy-saving in the campus could reach 9.3% and above, and there are a reduction up to 10% in the emissions of SOXandNOX.
