【摘要】 我国现行《老年人居住建筑设计标准》GB/T 50340-2003对住宅空间尺度要求较大,实际实施时遇到不少困难。基于居家老人对比下肢障碍乘轮椅者身体能力更强的条件,课题对优化老年住宅空间尺度的潜力进行了研究。通过实验对比测量统计了自理老年人、下肢障碍乘轮椅者和健康成年人人体尺度数据,并对照分析美、英、日相关资料加以应用,为新国标适当节省套型尺度空间提出了可行方案与参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s current standard GB/T 50340-2003:Code for design of residential building for the aged requires large dimensions on the residential space,whose implementation has actually encountered a lot of difficulties.Based on the better physical ability of the elderly than those in wheelchairs,the potential of optimizing the residence space scale for elderly was studied.By anthropometric experiment and statistics on the data of self-care elderly,people in wheelchairs and healthy adults,and with comparative analysis of the United States,Britain and Japan literatures,feasible schemes and reference indicators were presented,applied to save space for the dwelling unit in the new national standard.更多还原
