电压对Ti6Al4V表面液相等离子碳氮共渗的影响

【摘要】 利用液相等离子电解技术在Ti6Al4V表面制备一层硬质涂层,采用XRD,SEM,UMT以及电化学工作站分析渗层的相结构、表面形貌、耐磨性以及耐蚀性能,研究渗层结构、相组成和性能随处理电压变化的演变规律。试验结果表明:渗层主要由Ti(C,N)和TiO2组成,耐磨性和耐蚀性能得到明显提高。随着工作电压的逐步增加,样品的耐磨性能随之逐步优化,而耐蚀性能有先提高后降低的趋势。

【Abstract】 The hard coatings on the surface of Ti6Al4V alloy were prepared by plasma electrolytic carbonitriding technique( PECN). The phase composition,surface morphology,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings were analyzed by XRD,SEM,UMT and electrochemical workstation,respectively. The evolutions of microstructure,phase composition and properties of the PECN coatings with the change of applied voltages were investigated. The results show that the infiltration layers are mainly composed of Ti( C,N) and TiO2,and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance are improved apparently.The wear resistance is optimized gradually as the applied voltage increase. Meanwhile,the corrosion resistance increases firstly and then decreases with the voltage increasing.
