基于SPPARKS的三维晶粒长大动力学蒙特卡罗模拟
Kinetic Monte Carlo simulation of 3D grain growth based on SPPARKS
【摘要】 为了对晶粒长大动力学理论方程进行验证,采用SPPARKS和动力学蒙特卡罗算法对于大尺度三维多晶组织的演变进行了模拟,研究了模型温度对晶粒长大过程中多晶组织演变的影响,对于晶粒长大过程中晶粒尺寸的变化以及尺寸分布情况进行了统计分析,并讨论了模型尺寸的影响。结果表明晶粒长大动力学关系符合抛物线规律,尺寸分布采用Weibull函数进行描述更精确,模型尺寸越大,获得的晶粒长大动力学和尺寸分布就越精确。
【Abstract】 In order to verify the theoretical equation of grain-growth kinetics,the evolution of 3D large-scale polycrystalline structure were simulated using Kinetic Monte Carlo algorithms based on SPPARKS.The effects of model temperature on the evolution of microstructure during grain growth were studied.Changes of grain size and its distribution in grain growth process were analyzed statistically,and the influence of model size is discussed. The results show that the grain-growth kinetics is in accordance with the parabolic law,and the size distribution can be described by Weibull function accurately. The larger the model size is,the more accurate the grain growth kinetics and size distribution are.
