【摘要】 资源型城市发展一直是最受学术界关注的热点问题之一。依据国外资源型城市发展研究理论和内容,分别从社会发展变化、人口与劳动力、城市转型、资源富裕与经济发展关系、政府机构管理等六大议题对国外相关研究进行梳理。国外资源型城市发展研究主要是以社会瓦解理论为核心向外拓展,各研究议题间相互联系。随着学科融合和社会背景变化,交叉性研究内容越来越广泛,研究领域涉及的学科越来越多。通过对国内外资源型城市内涵、研究理论基础、内容和研究进展等方面的对比分析来看,未来我国资源型城市应在"人文精神"和"人本主义"研究、向外型经济发展研究、转型机制研究和成果的直观表达等四个方面给予重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of resource-based cities was one of the hot issues in both domestic and abroad academe. This paper summaried the thesis on this subject and found the progress development of resource-based cities abroad. It showed that many acticles focued on six main themes: Social development problems,demography,resource curse,government issues,transformation and other themes. Social and economic well-being,fly-in fly-out,labor force attraction and retention,demographic and social change,infrastructure services and housing provision were the main topics among sociologists. Resource curse was the debate about the relationship between resource abundance and economy. Governance and transformation were the important measures to solve the problems as most people believed. Additionally,many scientists argued that all these changes caused by natural resource contributed to residents’ lives and conmmunities development,government and enterprises should also change the traditional planning models,implement well-directed measures and solve the historical problems such as laid-off workers’ social insurance gradually and moderately by taking a sufficient consideration of both inside and outside circumstances.With keeping a high-speed growth since reform policy,resource-based cities in China encountered both social and economic changes caused by internal transition as well as external factors. By comparing the progress studies with the meaning of resource-based cities,theories basement,methodology and study contents,it was important to strenghen the research on four subjects in the future: Humanities,external economy,mechanism and achievement public.更多还原
