贝壳废弃物的资源化利用研究
Study on Resource Utilization of Mollusk Shell Waste
【摘要】 随着我国贝类养殖和加工业的快速发展,每年将产生大量贝壳。贝壳附加值较低,长期以来被视为废物丢弃在海滩、路边,已成为沿海地区亟待解决的环境问题。贝壳废弃物资源化是破解这一困局的唯一出路,不但可"变废为宝",提高贝壳的附加价值,而且可促进贝类养殖业的健康发展,实现生态环境、经济效益和社会效益三者的共赢。从贝壳结构出发,研究了目前国内外贝壳废弃物的资源化利用技术,包括用作土壤改良剂、吸附剂、建筑材料、催化剂、生物填料等,并对资源化过程中可能存在的问题进行了剖析,提出未来的研究发展方向。
【Abstract】 With the intensive mollusk culturing and processing,a large number of mollusk shell waste would be generated. It was commonly recognized as a useless waste with low added- value and dumped on the beach and road,which became a significant environmental concern in coastal regions. Resource utilization of this waste was an alternative to solve this significant problem. It did not only turn an otherwise useless waste into resource and increased its added- value,but also promoted the sound development of mollusk culture,achieved the win- win environment,economics and society. This paper firstly described the microstructure of mollusk shell,then focused on its current utilizations,including being used as soil conditioner,adsorbents,construction material,catalysts and biofiller,etc. Finally,the potential problems occurred in the utilization were analyzed,directions for future research were considered.
