慢性粒细胞白血病附加染色体异常分析

【摘要】 目的分析17例Ph1阳性慢性粒细胞白血病患者附加染色体异常克隆演变特征。方法采用常规染色体G显带技术,回顾性分析17例慢性粒细胞白血病患者遗传学资料。结果 219例Ph1阳性CML患者,17例附加染色体异常发生率7.8%,其中慢性期10例(6.8%),加速期3例(7.7%),急变期4例(11.8%)。结论在CML诊断、治疗及进展过程中,传统的染色体分析技术仍然是检测ACAs的唯一方法,并提示可能的致病性、预后和疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clonal evolution of additional chromosomal abnormalities(ACAs)in Philadelphia-positive cells with chronic myeloid leukemia(CML).Methods Chromosome banding analysis was performed on bone marrow cells after 24 hshort-term culture,and using conventional G-banding technique.Results 219 patients were enrolled and ACAs occurred in 17 patients(7.8%),6.8%in chronic phase,7.7%in accelerated phase,and 11.8%in blast crisis(BC).Conclusion Performing classic cytogenetics,both at diagnosis and during the course of the disease,is still the only way to detect the presence of and/or the development of ACAs,along with the possible pathogenetic,prognostic,and therapeutic implications.
