成年人发样中镁、铝、锌、铁、铜和锰元素水平检测及其与腹型肥胖的相关性分析

【摘要】 目的了解成年人发样中镁、铝、锌、铁、铜和锰元素水平,探讨各元素含量与腹型肥胖的相关性。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,以问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测(ICP-MS测定发样中镁、铝、锌、铁、铜和锰元素水平)相结合的方式,收集吉林省靖宇、东辽和长岭县657名成年人的有效数据。结果不同性别成年人发样中镁、铝、锌、铁和锰元素含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄段的成年人发样中,各元素含量比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹型肥胖组各矿物质元素水平均低于正常组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用Spearman相关分析,结果显示镁、铝、锌、铁、铜和锰元素均与腹型肥胖呈负相关(r=-0.120,P=0.002;r=-0.200,P<0.001;r=-0.091,P=0.020;r=-0.162,P<0.001;r=-0.088,P=0.024;r=-0.135,P=0.001)。控制其他元素的影响后,二元Logistic回归分析结果显示铜、铝和锌元素与腹型肥胖呈负相关。结论人体矿物质元素水平受性别和年龄的影响。腹型肥胖者发样中镁、铝、锌、铁、铜和锰元素水平明显降低。

【Abstract】 Objective To know the levels of Mg,Al,Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn elements in the hair of adults,and explore their correlation with abdominal obesity.Methods The data was acquired by questionnaire survey,physical examination and laboratory tests(ICP-MS was used to detected the levels of Mg,Al,Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn elements in hair)from 657 adults,which were sampled through random cluster sampling method.Results There were significant difference of the levels of Mg,Al,Zn,Fe and Mn elements in hair of the adults with different gender(P<0.05).The levels of all six kinds of elements in hair of the adults with various age groups were different significantly(P<0.05).The levels of all mineral elements in abdominal obesity group were below normal group’s level with statistical significance.The spearman correlation analyses suggested that Mg,Al,Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn elements had negative correlation with abdominal obesity(r=-0.120,P=0.002;r=-0.200,P<0.001;r=-0.091,P=0.020;r=-0.162,P<0.001;r=-0.088,P=0.024;r=-0.135,P=0.001).Controlling the effect of other elements,Log-binomial regression analyses indicated that Al,Zn,and Cu were negatively related to abdominal obesity.Conclusion The levels of mineral elements in human are affected by gender and age.The levels of Mg,Al,Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn elements in the hair of abdominal obesity group are obviously lower.
