【摘要】 目的探讨70kv管电压扫描在非超重患者胸部CT检查中的应用价值。方法选取我院60例患者行双源CT胸部检查,按扫描前后随机分为A组(100kv)、B组(70kv),其中B组应用SAFIRE迭代重建技术,又进一步按患者体质量指数BMI≤22kg/m~2、22kg/m~2<BMI≤25kg/m~2分为A1、A2和B1、B2组,主观对图像质量进行评分,分析比较A、B组SD、SNR、CNR和CTDI、DLP及ED的差异。结果 B组纵隔窗图像质量低于3分,无法满足诊断需要;两组图像噪声比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着管电压的降低,噪声逐渐增加,各组的CNR和SNR比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组均高于B组;CTDI、DLP及ED差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组同A组相比,CTDI、DLP及ED分别降低了52%,48%,48%。结论在双源CT胸部检查中,对于BMI≤22kg/m~2患者,观察肺内病变,70kV管电压结合迭代重建技术可在不影响图像诊断的同时显著降低辐射剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of 70 kv tube voltage scan in chest CT examination of non-overweight patients.Methods Sixty patients underwent dual-source computed tomography(CT)chest radiography.The patients were randomly divided into group A(100kv)and group B(70kv).Group B was treated with SAFIRE,and Group A1 and B1with BMI≤ 22kg/m2,Group A2 and B2 with 22kg/m~2<BMI≤25kg/m~2.Image quality of each group was evaluate subjectively.Evaluate and compare the difference in the image SD,SNR,CNR,CTDI,DLP and ED.ResultsThe image quality of the mediastinum in group B was less than 3points,which could not meet the need of diagnosis.The noise of A and B group had statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the noise gradually increased with the decrease of tube voltage.There were significant differencesin the CNR and SNR between the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference of CTDI,DLP and ED between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)Compared with group A,CTDI,DLP and ED decreased by 52%,48% and 48%respectively.Conclusion In dual-source CT chest examination,70 kV tube voltage combined with iterative reconstruction technique can significantly reduce the radiation dose without affecting the image diagnosis in patients with BMI≤22kg/m~2.更多还原
