【摘要】 目的探讨整合素αvβ3在不同食管肿瘤中的表达及其意义。方法分别收集10例正常食管组织标本、10例食管平滑肌瘤标本及30例食管癌标本,分为3组,应用免疫组织化学方法对标本中整合素αvβ3的表达进行分析。结果食管癌组织中可见整合素αvβ3呈明显阳性表达;正常食管组织及食管平滑肌瘤组织则不表达或弱表达。食管癌组整合素αvβ3的表达与正常食管组和食管平滑肌瘤组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而正常食管组与平滑肌瘤组之间则无明显差异(P>0.05)。食管癌组整合素αvβ3的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度无关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论整合素αvβ3的表达可作为判断食管癌恶性程度及预后的重要生物学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significant of integrin αvβ3 in different esophageal tumors.Methods 10 normal esophageal tissues,10 leimyoma tissues and 30 esophageal carcinoma tissues were collected.Pathological and immunohistochemical methods were used to study the expression of integrin αvβ3 .Results The immunohistochemical staining results showed that integrin αvβ3 expressed in the tissues of esophageal carcinoma.None or only faint yellow grain could be seen in the normal esophageal tissues and leimyoma esophageal tissues,with statistical significance to carcinomas(P<0.05).The expression of integrin αvβ3 had relevance to the differentiated degree and lymphatic metastasis of the tumor(P<0.05),but no relevance to the invasive depth(P>0.05).Conclusion Integrin αvβ3 can be used as an important biological indicator to estimate the severity and prognosis of the esophageal carcinomas.更多还原
