阴道蝇蛆病对阿拉善双峰驼外周血清中细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ含量的影响
Influence of vaginal magoots inoculation on IL-4,IL-10,IFN-γ content in peripheral serum in Alxa bactrian camels
【摘要】 试验选取6峰12岁健康双峰母驼,试验组与对照组各3峰。周期14d,分为一期(感染前,1~3d)、二期(发病期间,4~12d)、三期(蝇蛆落地后,12~14d),每天采集血液获得血清保存,于第4天对试验组进行人工感染蝇蛆。结果显示:对照组一期与试验组一期3种细胞因子含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05);对照组二期与试验组二期IL-10、IFN-γ含量差异显著(P<0.05),试验组含量较高,IL-4含量差异不显著(P>0.05);在三期中,试验组IL-4含量较低,IFN-γ含量较高且与对照组比较均差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组一、二、三期之间3种细胞因子含量差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验组IL-4含量一、二、三期间无显著性差异(P>0.05),IL-10二期含量高于一期且差异显著(P<0.05),IFN-γ二、三期含量均高于一期且差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明:阴道蝇蛆病对双峰驼外周血清中IL-4含量基本没影响,但会使IL-10、IFN-γ含量升高,在蝇蛆落地后IL-10含量会降低,IFN-γ仍维持在较高水平。
【Abstract】 This experiment intended to explore whether there is a relationship between interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)content in peripheral serum in Alxa bactrian camels and the vaginal myiasis.Six 12-year-old healthy female camels were chosen,three were as experiment group and anothers were as control group.The experimental period lasted 14 days and it was divided into three parts including the first period-FP(before the treat),the second period-SP(during the treat),the third period-TP(after maggots landing),serum samples were every day.At the fourth day,the experiment camels were infected with maggots.Compared with control group FP and the experiment group FP,there was no significant difference among the three cytokines(P>0.05);except the IL-4,the IL-10 and IFN-γcontents in the experiment group SP were significantly higher than the control group SP(P<0.05).In the TP,the experiment group had lower IL-4content and higher IFN-γcontent(P<0.05)compared with control group.In the three periods of the control group,there was on significant difference in the three cytokines.Both the IL-10 content and the IFN-γcontent in the experiment group FP were significantly higher than those of the control group FP(P<0.05).In the experiment group IL-4content did not have a significant change in the three periods(P>0.05).Vaginal maggots infection has no impact on the IL-14 content in peripheral serum in Alxa bactrian camels,but it would rise the IL-10 and IFN-γcontent,but the IL-10 content would be reduced and the IFN-γcontent remained at a high level after maggots landing.
