松、杉和樟木屑对毛木耳781菌丝生长和出耳的影响

【摘要】 通过筛选和利用木屑预处理技术,以试验木屑为唯一主料栽培毛木耳781,探索试验木屑对毛木耳781菌丝生长和出耳的影响。结果表明,试验木屑对毛木耳781菌丝密度、颜色、均匀度及生长速度均有不同程度的负面影响,其中杉木屑对菌丝密度、颜色、均匀度影响最大,松木屑对菌丝生长速度抑制作用最强,而樟木屑对菌丝长势和生长速度不利影响均最小。试验木屑出耳各项指标均差于杂木屑,其中对菌丝恢复和出芽率影响最大的均是杉木屑,而对开片率和开片度影响最大的均是樟木屑。从栽培安全角度来看,樟木屑危害最大,且属迟发性危害。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effect of experimental sawdust on mycelium growth and fruiting of the Auricularia polytricha 781,we screened and used pretreatment technology of experimental sawdust,and the A.polytricha 781 were cultivated with experimental sawdust as sole main substrate.The results showed that the density,color,uniformity and growth rate of mycelium were negatively affected in various degrees by the experimental sawdust.In detail,the negative effect of sawdust of Cunning-hamia lanceolata on density,color and uniformity of mycelium were the strongest,while the negative effect of sawdust of Pinus thunbergii on growth rate of mycelium were strongest,and the growth vigor and rate of mycelium were least negatively affected by sawdust of Cinnamomum camphora.The various indexes of fruiting of experimental sawdust were worse than sawdust of miscellaneous tree.Among them,the recovering of mycelium and ratio of primordium were strongly affected by sawdust of C.lanceolata,and the ratio and degree of develop of fruiting body were strongly affected by sawdust of C.camphora.From the perspective of cultivation security,sawdust of C.camphora was of great harm and a tardive harm.
