【摘要】 目的对彩色多普勒超声在泌尿系结石检查中的诊断价值进行分析。方法 160例获得临床确诊的泌尿系结石患者,分别进行X线检查、二维超声检查和彩色多普勒超声检查,对比3种检查方法的诊断符合率。结果 X线检查确诊139例,诊断符合率为86.88%,二维超声检查确诊141例,诊断符合率为88.13%,彩色多普勒超声检查确诊158例,诊断符合率为98.75%。二维超声检查与X线检查的诊断符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);彩色多普勒超声检查诊断符合率显著高于二维超声、X线检查,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检工作中,彩色多普勒超声检查诊断符合率高,且无放射线,更加安全、便捷,在泌尿系结石诊断中的临床价值显著,值得关注并推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of urinary calculi. Methods A total of 160 patients with diagnosed urinary calculi were examined by X-ray, twodimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler ultrasonography, and the diagnostic coincidence rate of the 3 methods was compared. Results 139 cases were diagnosed by X-ray and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 86.88%. 141 cases were diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasonography. 158 cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 98.75%. There was no statistically significant difference in diagnostic coincidence rate between two-dimensional ultrasonography and X-ray(P>0.05). Color Doppler ultrasonography had obviously higher diagnostic coincidence rate than two-dimensional ultrasonography and X-ray, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the health examination work, color Doppler ultrasonography shows high diagnostic coincidence rate with no radiation, and it is more safe and convenient. It has significant clinical value in diagnosis of urinary calculi, and worthy of attention and promotion.更多还原
