【摘要】 目的探究心理护理在口腔日间手术患儿中的应用效果。方法 128例口腔日间手术患儿,随机分为常规组与心理护理组,每组64例。常规组采用常规护理干预;心理护理组在常规组基础上给予心理护理。比较两组患儿家长对护理的满意度;手术时间、术中疼痛评分、术中焦虑评分;术后并发症发生率。结果心理护理组患儿家长对护理的满意度为93.75%,高于常规组的71.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理组手术时间、术中疼痛评分、术中焦虑评分均优于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理组术后并发症发生率为3.13%,低于常规组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在口腔日间手术患儿中的应用效果确切,可有效减轻患儿不良情绪,减轻患儿疼痛,缩短手术时间,减少术后并发症的发生,提升患儿家长满意度,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological nursing in children with oral day surgery.Methods A total of 128 children with oral day surgery were randomly divided into conventional group and psychological nursing group,with 64 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional nursing,and the psychological nursing group received psychological nursing on the basis of the conventional group.Comparison were made on parental satisfaction for nursing,operative time,intraoperative pain score,intraoperative anxiety score and incidence of postoperative complications in two groups.Results The psychological nursing group had higher parental satisfaction for nursing as 93.75% than 71.88% in the conventional group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The psychological nursing group had better operative time,intraoperative pain score and intraoperative anxiety score than the conventional group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The psychological nursing group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as 3.13% than 25.00% in the conventional group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing shows affirmative application effect in children withoral day surgery,and it can effectively reduce the children’s negative emotions and pain in children,shorten their operation time,lower the incidence of postoperative complications,and enhance parental satisfaction.So it is worth promoting.更多还原
