【摘要】 目的探究心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)持续增高对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者不良结局的预测效果。方法 55例CHF患者(CHF组)及55例健康体检者(对照组)为观察对象,均实施H-FABP检测,结合检测结果将CHF组患者分为A组(25例,H-FABP处于较低水平)和B组(30例,H-FABP处于较高水平)。比较CHF组与对照组入院时及出院时的H-FABP水平;比较A组和B组入院时和出院时的H-FABP水平及患者不良结局的发生情况。结果 CHF组入院时和出院时的H-FABP水平均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组入院时和出院时的H-FABP水平均显著高于A组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者的病死率、CHF再住院率分别为30.00%、66.67%,均高于A组的8.00%、20.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 H-FABP持续增高对CHF患者不良结局的预测具有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the predictive effect of persistent increase of heart-type fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP) for adverse outcomes of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods A total of 55 CHF patients(CHF group) and 55 healthy physical examination people(control group) as observation subjects all received H-FABP detection, and CHF group was divided by detection results into group A(25 cases, lower H-FABP level) and group B(30 cases, higher lower H-FABP level). H-FABP level at admission and discharge was compared in CHF group and control group, and comparison were made on H-FABP level at admission and discharge and occurrence of adverse outcomes in group A and group B. Results CHF group had significantly higher H-FABP level at admission and discharge than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Group B had significantly higher H-FABP level at admission and discharge than group A, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Group B had higher case fatality rate and CHF rehospitalization rate respectively as 30.00% and 66.67% than 8.00% and 20.00% in group A, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Persistent increase of H-FABP has certain clinical significance for prediction of adverse reactions of CHF patients.更多还原
