【摘要】 目的对比分析宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)术后重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊对宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的临床效果。方法 96例高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变LEEP术后宫颈高危型HPV持续阳性患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。观察组患者实施重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗,对照组患者未用药治疗。对比两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗前,观察组患者HPV感染率为64.6%,对照组为62.5%,比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.04,P>0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组患者HPV感染率为6.3%,低于对照组的22.9%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.35,P<0.05)。治疗后12个月,观察组患者HPV感染率为0,低于对照组的10.4%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.27,P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊用于LEEP术后宫颈高危型HPV感染的治疗,可以降低多重高危型HPV感染发生率,具有较高的临床价值,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsule after loop electrical excision procedure(LEEP) in the treatment of cervical highrisk human papilloma virus(HPV) infection.Methods A total of 96 cervical high-risk HPV continuous positive patients of high-level cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after LEEP were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group received recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsule for treatment,and the control group received no drug therapy.Clinical effect was compared in two groups.Results Before treatment,the observation group had HPV infection rate as 64.6%,which was 62.5% in the control group,and the difference had no statistical significance(χ~2=0.04,P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the observation group had lower HPV infection rate as 6.3% than 22.9% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(χ~2=5.35,P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the observation group had lower HPV infection rate as 0 than 10.4% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(χ~2=5.27,P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsule has high clinical value in the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection after LEEP,and it can reduce the incidence of multiple high-risk HPV infection.So it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
