【摘要】 目的探讨高通量血液透析在终末期肾脏病患者中的应用价值。方法 80例行维持性血液透析治疗的终末期肾脏病患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组实施低通量血液透析,观察组实施高通量血液透析,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者的血尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）、β₂微球蛋白（β₂-MG）、血红蛋白（Hb）以及PTH水平比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后两组患者的BUN、Cr、β₂-MG、Hb以及甲状旁腺素（PTH）水平均显著改善,且观察组患者的BUN、β₂-MG与PTH水平要显著低于对照组,Hb水平要显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后两组Cr水平比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率为85.0%,高于对照组60.0%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论高通量血液透析在终末期肾脏病患者中具有较高应用价值,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of high-flux hemodialysis in patients with endstage renal disease.Methods A total of 80 end-stage renal disease patients with maintenance hemodialysis treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received low-flux hemodialysis,and the observation group received high-flux hemodialysis.Clinical effects were compared in two groups.Results There were no statistically significant difference in blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,creatinine（Cr）,β₂ microglobulin（β₂-MG）,hemoglobin（Hb） and PTH levels before treatment in two groups（P>0.05）.Both groups had better BUN,Cr,β₂-MG,Hb and parathyroid hormone（PTH） levels after treatment,and the observation group had lower BUN,β₂-MG and PTH levels than the control group,higher Hb level than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in Cr level in after treatment between two groups（P>0.05）.The observation group had total treatment effective rate as 85.0%,which was higher than 60.0%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion High-flux hemodialysis provides high application value in patients with end-stage renal disease,and it is worth promotion.更多还原
