【摘要】 侵袭性牙周炎(aggressive periodontitis,AgP)是一类发生在健康年轻人、进展快速、有家族聚集性的牙周炎。关于AgP的非手术治疗,目前主要以牙周机械清创为主,辅以其他治疗手段(如抗生素、激光、光动力疗法及微生态疗法等)。文章对近年文献所报道的关于AgP的辅助治疗做一综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aggressive periodontitis(AgP)is characterized by a rapid loss of alveolar bone and deep probing depth,which usually occurs in healthy young people and sometimes in their families(familial aggregation),resulting in teeth mobility and teeth-missing finally.Recently,the main treatment for AgP has been scaling and root planning,which is assisted by adjunctive therapy,such as antibiotics,laser,photodynamic therapy,microbiota modification therapy and so on.This article reviewed variety of adjunctive therapies reported in recent years,hoping to provide reference for clinical treatment.更多还原
