【摘要】 目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的可行性及临床治疗效果。方法随机选取西安市儿童医院普外二科2015年7月至2016年1月经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝80例患儿的临床资料,为腹腔镜手术组;随机选取西安市儿童医院普外二科2014年开放式手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝80例临床资料,为开放式手术组,比较2组间年龄、性别、手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间及并发症。结果腹腔镜手术组在年龄、性别、术后住院时间与开放式手术组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),腹腔镜手术组在手术时间、出血量、并发症与开放性手术相比,具有手术时间短、出血量少、并发症发生率低等优点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝具有可行性,效果肯定,手术时间短,易于操作,术后恢复快,外形美观,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical therapeutic effect of transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia. Methods The 80 cases of pediatric inguinalhernia underwent transumbilical single port laparoscopic repair in Xi’an Children’s Hospital from July 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected,as the laparoscopic group; Similarly,the clinical data of 80 cases of open herniarepair were randomly selected in 2014,as the open group. The age,sex,operation time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The differences were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05) in age,gender,postoperative hospitalization time between laparoscopic group and open group. However,compared with open group,laparoscopic group had shorter operation time,lessbleeding and less complications( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery is feasible and effective,has showedthe advantages of easy handling,short operation time,rapid postoperative recovery and good cosmetic appearance in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia,and it is worthy of promotion.更多还原
